- Students try to keep the hula hoop spinning around their waist for as long as possible.

### Activity 3: Fitness Relay Race (10 minutes)

2. **The Race (8 minutes)**
- Students perform different fitness tasks at each checkpoint (e.g., 10 jumping jacks, 5 burpees, 10 mountain climbers, etc.) before passing the baton to the next teammate.
- The team that finishes first and performs all tasks correctly wins.
## Cool Down (5 minutes):
1. **Stretching (3 minutes)**
- Static stretches focusing on arms, legs, and back.
- Hold each stretch for 15-20 seconds.
2. **Breathing Exercises (2 minutes)**
- Deep breathing: Inhale through the nose, hold for a few seconds, and exhale through the mouth.
